I just placed an order. How long will it take to arrive?

We fill orders M-F, and most orders leave our facility within 3 days. Normal time in transit is 2-7 days. Due to the volume of orders shipping it may take 2 weeks. We'll provide a USPS tracking number once shipped.

My tracking shows that my package has been delivered but I have not received it yet. What should I do?

I received the wrong item, or I am missing an item in my order. What should I do?

Please contact us at info@cannaleansyrup.com, and we will be happy to help correct the issue. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Can I use the syrups for all beverages?

Yes, we have recommended uses for our syrups but feel free to use any syrup in any beverage.
